entire sales network. In traditional
business, this process of management is often a haphazard process, involving a
mixture of telephone calls, faxes, emails and couriers.
In others, the process already exists – but on paper.

The Calls and Expenses Module involves four sub-modules:

Collections
These web-based modules provide facility for new additions, modifications
and search. These are the specific business functions of
the salesforce. The sales data entered by the sales force
is used to generate reports using
the back-end module.
Sales Management - Data Building
For companies, the capability of a salesperson to add to
the company information database on new projects, new clients
and accounts are extremely important. This reduces their
reliance on individual salespeople, as well as help them
keep track of the individual efforts of salespeople to create
new client accounts.
This module is capable of being plugged into a CRM that
covers a wider ambit.
Scheduler and Planner
These tools provide the salesperson means to organize his
own activities. They work as an online diary, as well a
scheduler that can provide him alerts on important days,
reminders for meetings and even birthdays or marriage anniversaries
of important contacts. The Planner is also used by the Head
Office to set business plans using the backend module.
Messaging and Communication
The SFA also includes an internal emailing system and Discussion
Forum for better communication and exchange of ideas and
information.
