Samsung unveils Digimax S700 and Digimax S1000 digital cameras
Samsung has released the S700 and S1000 digital cameras , both for the professional photographers and the amateurs. Both the cameras are included in the S series of Samsung digimax digital still cameras.
The Samsung S700 digital still camera feature a 7 mega-pixel camera and the Samsung S1000 has a 10 mega-pixel one. Both the Samsung S700 and S1000 digital cameras have a 2.4 inch LCD display.
The Samsung S700 and Samsung 1000 still cameras boast of a 3 x optical zoom, for both movie and still modes. MPEG-4, the high quality and high compression video format is supported by Samsung S1000 while, Samsung S700 supports MJPEG video recording.
With a 256 MB memory card, the S1000 can record one our of video at 30 fps. Camera functions such as built-in image editing, Trimming, Rotating and Auto Macro function are included in both the S700 and S1000 digital cameras.
Samsung plans to release both the models by August. The Samsung Digimax S700 is priced at $249.99 and the Samsung Digimax S1000 comes under a price tag of $349.99.
