Windows Mobile MobiTV Service launched

The Windows Mobile powered phones and other devices can now have the MobiTV service, by MobiTV. The main features of Windows Mobile 5.0 are full-screen viewing and a home-like electronic programming guide.

Both MobiTV and Microsoft has shown the working of MobiTV Service on Windows Mobile powered devices and phoes. For the launch of MobiTV's new PC service, the companies demonstrated the MobiTV Service on the Microsoft Windows Media platform.

The Windows Mobile MobiTV Service are available on the Sprint 6700, Cingular 2125, Motorola Q and Palm's Treo 700w. The MobiTV users would also be able to watch programmes from top content providers and would be able to access a wide range of channels.

The Windows Mobile MobiTV Service software is available from the Geekzone software zone or fom MobiTV itself.
