Creative Zen Neeon2 is not pencil slim as iPod Nano but it has got a bigger screen then iPod Nano. Biggest sacrifice choosing Neeon over Nano would be a ClickWheel of Ipod; it is substituted with Scrollwheel design. It is not to be compared as they are just two different designs. We can check the Scrollwheel design available now in Blackberry cellphones; if you are first time user then it just takes 2 - 3 minutes to master it.
Zen Neeon 2 supports Windows Media Player 10 along with its own Creative ZEN Neeon Media Explorer. Zen Neeon 2 weighs about 55 grams compare to 42 grams iPod Nano, but then we are talking about 10 grams of difference.
Ipod Nano 1 GB, 2GB and 4 GB costs to 149, 199 and 249 USD respectively compare to 112, 150 and 213 of Neeon2 which is a good difference. The Neeon 2's other features like FM radio, RGB565 video support, 128kbps recording, and despite its average and slow transfer speeds, is the best player in this category.
