MusicGremlin music player and all you can download music service

MusicGremlin uses a wi-fi network - MusicGremlin Direct - to download music through its all you can download subscription service.

A new music player is all set to make its debut against the likes of Apple's iPod, the leader in the music player industry. The name of the company is MusicGremlin ( musicgremlin.com) and they are coming out with an all new music player which offers a diferent way to share and get music.

As in every other music player, in MusicGremlin also you can transfer your favourite songs to your music player from a PC via a USB cable. But the difference is that you don't need a PC to transfer songs on to your player. Users can directly download the songs from MusicGremlin Direct service. The player uses a Wi-Fi network through which users can access a subscription offer and hence, they can also buy or get subscription music.

MusicGremlin has a music store, just like the one by Apple from where users can select the music they want. Unlike Apple's iTunes where you have to pay $0.99 per song, here you can subscribe to an "all you can download" service for $14.99 a month.

The good advantage is that if the user is sitting at a Wi-Fi enabled spot, then he does not need a PC to listen to the 2 million songs stored in the library. The Wi-Fi that is in-built within the device, helps you to have access to the songs store.

If you are not a subscriber, then if you want to get a song from the library all you have to do is pay 99 cents and the song is yours. If you are a subscriber, then all the songs in the library can be obtained free of any further charge. The player also has facilities using which you can share interesting music stuff with other Gremlin users. The capacity of the music player is 8 GB and you can store almost 2000 tracks in the player.
