This is a custom software project we successfully executed for iPharma India Limited. The company has been using the software with considerable ease and advantages and has provided a fillip to the customer relations activity as well as enabled better back-end support for the sales team.

Industry : Healthcare business information
Functionality : The client has two news ventures: pharmabiz.com portal, as well as Chronicle Pharmabiz., a weekly news magazine. The CRM for this client is used to handle the customer relationship issues of two different media entities – the internet portal and a real-world print publication. This is developed to be easily customizable across small and medium businesses.
