FCC approval for Motorola ic502
The world's first CDMA/iDEN dual mode cell phone is all set to go to production. The Motorola ic502 has
received the approval from FCC so that it can reach the customers through its introduction on Sprint.
Motorola in520 is poised to become the first mobile phone in the world to incorporate two entirely new and
different technologies. The Motorola's iDEN support is meant for displatch only. The calling on this mobile
phone can become a bit of a stretch.
The Motorola ic 502 will also have the much needed walkie-talkie mode. The Motorola ic 502 cannot be
said as the greatest technologically advanced mobile phone in the market because it lacks EVDO
functionality.
Though several rumors about the price and availability of Motorola ic 502 are still in the air, there are no
format reports or announcements from the company or authorities.
