This offers modification facilities and overall administration
eg: changing call purposes and objectives etc to the head
office.
Expenses and approvals
The expenses incurred by the salesperson in his work too
are submitted by him online. Approvals for the same are
by the head office using the back-end module, reducing paperwork.
Reporting
Some of the different reports that can be generated are:
Planned vs. actual, brand performance across territories,
territory wise reports, individual performance reviews,
call synopsis, call history reports, expenses and collection,
sales reports etc.
Performance Review
Used for analyzing a salespersons contribution to the company
across all his activities. The weightage for each factor
is determined by the company, and the report can be used
for a snapshot or for recommending salary hikes etc.
As it is a customized service, the data to be collected
and analysed and reports to be generated are purely according
to the requirements of the company.
