The brains behind Alfa Romeo has unveiled a limited
edition of sporty Alfa 147 2.0 Selespeed hatchback. Sime
Darby Auto Italia Sdn Bhd, the main distributor for Alfa
Romeo cars in Malaysia, is the company instrumental in
bringing the new model to the market.
According to top industry reviewers, the Alfa 147 Edizione
Sportivo's exterior is enhanced with a set of customised
bodykit comprising the front air dam, side skirting, side
strip, rear roof spoiler, stainless steel exhaust and
17-inch Alfa Romeo ET40 Silver Colour Tristar alloy rims
with low profile 215/45 R17TL87W Pirelli Dragon performance
tyres.
The limited edition model is aimed at discerning Alfa
enthusiasts who want a distinctive look. The company has
said the Hotbits HBSC 10-203 Sports Springs fitted to the
limited edition car has lowered it by 30mm and further
enhance the car's already superior handling and driving
dynamics..
The Edizione Sportivo Selespeed Alfa 147 comes powered by a
2.0-litre 150bhp Twinspark engine that can complete the
0-100km/h dash in 9.3 seconds, said a report. Premium
features such as four airbags, pre-tensioned seat belts,
Anti-lock Braking System with Electronic Brakeforce
Distribution, Electronic Stability Programme, Cruise Control
System, Anti Theft Device-Key Code Immobiliser and Parking
Obstacle Detection Device are the other add-ons. |
