Smart Fortwo length changed for 2007
Year 2007 will see another one hitting the roads, the
Smart Fortwo. Smart has done several last minute changes to
the Fortwo, the main one being the length, 2.69 meters (8.82
feet).
Smart Fortwo has additional features like audio equipment
which is compatible with MP3 and Bluetooth connectivity and
GPS positioning. It also has optional features for light
sensors to help rain parking. Alloy rims and panoramic solar
ceiling are also provided as optional features.
The Smart Fortwo offers motors of various powers to suit the
user requirements. Smart will also offer a diesel option.
The "stop and go" technology in the Smart Fortwo acts like a
hybrid cutting the engine at red lights. As safety is a
priority for Smart users, the Smart Fortwo has front
airbargs, ABS and ESP. |
